Pros

Other than the last of fellow colleagues, sadly none

Cons

Seemingly hell bent on self destruction. New investment company owners have a total disregard for employees and their long established customer base. Employee knowledge, experience & loyalty counts against you. So greedy that sales are plummeting 30+% Data is king, regardless if it is right or wrong (it’s so very wrong). Don’t question the data! Entire management team are remote working. Feet on the ground collaboration is nonexistent and it shows. Design engineers are twiddling their thumbs with no guidance or roadmap for product development. Senior management are so caught up in trying to merge with Omega but these companies are chalk & cheese in every aspect. No one prepared to make a decision about anything. So sad to see a great business failing through diabolical mismanagement. Accounts are searching down the side of the couch each month to keep up their repayments on their investment. Transpires they overpaid $100m for Omega. Moral is so low that I don’t know a single colleague who isn’t looking to move on or left already.
