Nice colleagues - I would say, some.

Cons

Terrible micro management, director especially HOT at your heels and going to ground level at your level to MANAGE you. Managers are literally useless as all their supposed to be job scopes falls under their subordinates and no one bothers even when you speak up. Overly conscious about cost savings but never on the kind of managers/leads they have
