Pros

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is the first job that I have woken up excited to get to in the morning. The work is meaningful, fulfilling, and exciting and the people that make up our team are salt of the earth from the top down.

Cons

While the hiring process is long, Dynamic does it's due diligence in ensuring that the right people are applying for the right job and allows time for potential employees to also interview the company!

Pros

Pretty cool industry to be apart of, growing but got themselves in a little over their heads. Will be interesting to see how things go in the future for them.

Cons

Act like a much large company than they actually are, a lot of fluff throughout the company (culture, benefits,...). Nothing wrong with acting larger than you are, but dont lie. No real internal growth, common side effect for this size company though.

We have found that the vast majority of our team members feel that our culture and benefits are a few of the things that set Dynamic apart as a Great Place to Work. For instance, offering benefits eligibility the first of the month following a new team member's start date and three weeks paid time off in the first year make a significant impact on our team members and their families, which directly supports our mission. We have found that a secret to long term success is having the confidence to propel growth by hiring and promoting the right people, setting up systems for continuous improvement and building out a forward-looking and innovative culture that encourages courageous goals. In order to accomplish this, we must operate with growth in mind and function like a large company. There is no misrepresentation to our team of our size, rather we offer our team members transparency regarding revenue, growth, wins and areas for improvement.
