We are disappointed to hear that you do not recommend Dynamic. To address your comments about safety and integrity, in our most recent Great Place to Work survey results, 76% of our team members said that they considered Dynamic a physically safe place to work, and 82% of our team said that management is honest and ethical in its business practices. While we know we will never be perfect, and we certainly have room for improvement with safety, we are proud that the team’s feedback was positive. As it relates to safety, from a company perspective, safety improvement is one of our top company goals for 2021. We believe one injury is one too many, and there is an intentional company focus on improvement specifically within our recycling division. Lastly, concerning Integrity, integrity is one of our core values and is of the utmost importance. Under no circumstances will we as an organization compromise on integrity, ever.
