I still have my physical health. I am still employable by other companies, I hope. Other than that not much.

Cons

The management is terrible. The work environment is toxic at best. There is no real objective here other than to continue getting your paycheck as long as you can until this disaster finally shutters.

Pros

The people are great to work with. Everyone is so nice. The technology and some of the brilliant people can really move that company forward.

Cons

The CEO is a bully and will eventually result in the demise of the company. He lies to the customers and investors. Eventually the lies will catch up with him as the truth always prevails.

-great idea and great people while I was there, some heavy hitters on the management team with great reputations of success and experiences to bring to Dynamics (CEO chased them all away though) - I have some great stories of the CEO and the goofy things I saw happen there......the get togethers with the alumni that have left are a blast

Cons

-Worst CEO ever, it's beyond description- it's something you have to witness first hand or you wouldn't believe it is possible for someone to be that terrible -Unethical business practices, misleading investors, BOD, and employees -Makes you work non-stop doing nothing that adds value, he just wants you to do it because he feels he can make you work hours and do what he says, he is a complete ego maniac - anyone that is talented quickly leaves because CEO is a complete disaster, no matter how good the ideas and technology are
