- Incredible benefits - Excellent compensation that rewards strong performance - Lots of autonomy - Tons of room for growth - Very transparent from the top down - Strong leadership - Intelligent and caring colleagues - The most fair and well thought out review process you will find everywhere - Exciting work

Cons

- If you don't learn to make the work life balance work for you, it can be exhausting. But you'll also be given lots of support with this if you ask for it.

Coworkers: smart and talented. Interesting tech. Paychecks cleared. Health benefits are passable.

Cons

This all begins and ends with The Head: Immature CEO. Useless board of directors. Spineless, condescending C-Level enablers. Valuation is the only goal. Greed. Carelessness. No HR. Inappropriate multitasking directives. Did I mention immature leadership? Oh, and no bonus for working extended hours and losing weeks of PTO at the end of the year. Egregious expectations. Ravaged and dismantled departments. All the money goes to the top. There can be only one winner in this child's game. Its name is Jeffie.
