The company has vision, potential and opportunity. My honest belief is that with love and care something truly special could happen at Dynamics.

Cons

The staff is neglected, underpaid and lacking clear direction. The building is filthy, dark and just generally unkept. Management does not have clear answers to why things are the way they are and the CEO is either ignorant or in denial regarding the current state of the work environment.

Fascinating technology Ability to wear multiple hats and dive into projects of your choosing. You will never be bored and will work with smart and very capable people that are hard working and genuine. Technical growth and learning opportunities. Benefits are competitive.

Cons

Workload can be chaotic - not a 9 - 5 environment High turnover Missing support teams like (administration, HR, and marketing) Although there is some good management, they can't manage the CEO
