      Pros

      Really interesting technology that can change the world of credit card technology. Constant learning and new challenges every day. The people are good to work with and the working environment has come a long way over the past year.

      Cons

      Everyone is under a lot of pressure to deliver and it can be tough to work in an environment where things are changing at a fast pace. Hey...! its a start up and not everyone is up to it. Unfortunately some people came here thinking this was going to be easy and they failed. Good to see that most of these people were finally dealt with.

      Pros

      The people that work here are great to work with. The benefits are decent and the company definitely seems to be growing. This is a great place if you need to Kickstart your career and need the experience.

      Cons

      There are some limitations on promotions and usually the pay seems to be pretty low compared to similar jobs positions. There also seems to be a very high turnover rate.

      Pros

      The teams in each department work together well. And we always got our paychecks. That's all the positive statements I can make after 3 years.

      Cons

      The executive level - which affects every aspect of your worklife - is wicked. Wicked because there is no love. There is no love of the team, nor of the individual worker, and no love for the customer. The top leadership is driven by money, prestige and control. That's why the environment is thoroughly oppressive. After all this time, there is nothing I want to put on my resume from Dynamics. The technology is no longer new and where will you go after they get rid of you? There are very few places in the USA that are doing similar work where you could go next. So, it's a dead-end job.
