Pros

-There have been a lot of great people that I have met here, it's just a pity that so many of them have had to leave to find better opportunities. -The healthcare benefits are decent compared to some other places.

Cons

-(Coming from someone who has always been a hard and dedicated worker) The general culture and constant stream of "Fake News" in the form of bogus product sales and obviously scripted reviews makes it hard to care about doing a good job. -C-Level and Management routinely ignore and on occasion flagrantly disregard both industry and client specific rules and guidelines. -The senior leadership only seems to start caring about their employees after they see a negative review on this site or when there are people such as board members or benefits brokers around.

Pros

I have been immersed in the Dynamics Vision and innovative technology for almost 9 years. My previous experience included Steve Jobs' NeXT Computer Company and several other start-ups in the silicon valley. The list of Pros for Dynamics is very well suited for the individual who really desires to stretch their imagination and hone existing skills. Those who really want to become integrated into the evolution of technology that quite frankly did not exist or even contemplated before our CEO, Jeff Mullen created Dynamics are welcome. I see some very negative comments on 'Glass Door' about the qualities of the CEO. I have worked with several start-up CEOs in my career and from my experience, driving technology, creating awareness of what is possible in the financial community and starting a new company from scratch is an awesome responsibility and very very few people have the drive, brains and commitment to be successful. CEOs of established companies also have awesome responsibilities but it is not the same for a start-up. Personally, Jeff has allowed me to utilize my background to produce technology that even surprised me; the comments about micro-management could not be further from the truth. Course corrections, product definitions changes and other external forces require all of us to be extremely flexible with out losing our focus or our sense of commitment; that is not micromanaging in my mind. The best CEOs sense those changes and plots a new course for the product in time to solve them. If you want to be part of something where you actually can 'leave your hand prints on the walls' then Dynamics is that opportunity. Norman E. O'Shea-Chief Production Technology Officer Dynamics Inc.

Cons

The only negative (con if you will) is that sometimes Dynamics brings on folks who are not really sure of their skills, lack a strong sense of self worth or simply do not function well in a start-up and then leave the company but feel compelled to write very negative and most of the time false impressions of the company. As part of the hiring team, we also pride ourselves on vetting to make astute choices of the folks that we want to join us. Sometimes we are disappointed.

Pros

Good group of diverse professionals. Opportunity to learn and grow. Fast paced, evolving startup. Exciting consumer product. Rewarding experience if you apply yourself.

Cons

Not a perfect company, there aren't any. Not so good with communication and HR. At times focused, other times scattered. It's a startup so there is no manual to follow when your product is on the leading edge.
