Flexible schedule, Laid back work environment

Cons

Can be long hours, overnight at times, shrewd & Dismissive CEO, primary concerns are for himself. Absolutely no room to grow, company is always questionable future for the company & employees. Constant hirings but then massive lay offs. No job security, and no loyalty to employees. Dead end.
