      Pros

      Co-workers. That's about it. Your surrounded by nice people who are being taken advantage of on a daily basis. I hope you all find a way out of this hell.

      Cons

      Management sucks. Low pay. Terrible health benefits that change frequently. Hours suck they just change the shifts to whatever they want.

      Pros

      If you know the right people you will get raises and be safe from lay offs. Instead of raises they offer first fridays. Where you can drink all you want and the company picks up the tab. Lay offs occur often. Most Co workers were great to work with.

      Cons

      This company loves to lay off tons of employees and then report that they created job openings for new people. They mess with your pays and healthcare. The human resources department avoids you and does not answer your questions. Upper management and employee relations are allowed and seen at this company. It is a very unfair company to work for.

      Pros

      Some of the remaining staff are talented, credible people. However, the amount of lost talent due to the horrific working conditions is much more significant and is indicative of the state of the company. I am embarrassed to admit I still work here.

      Cons

      C-level management is a joke. The CEO is the biggest, most incompetent jerk you will ever know. The fact that other C-level people stay around him says a lot about those people. The fact that talented technical people are still here is indicative of the false hopes propogated by corporate management and the dismal engineering opportunities here in the Pittsburgh area.
