Pros

A company where senior leadership can be approached. If you don't like the Type A personalities, the "up or out" cultures of other beltway bandits, this might be the place for you. A relaxed corporate environment that cares about its employees.

Cons

Most employees work on-site with government clients, making communication with corporate HQ infrequent. Hard to make a real connection with HQ staff if you're not there at least once a week.
