Ehhh...it's an okay place to work. Think long and hard before joining this company.
Pros
- Great employees - Fun environment, for the most part - Box suites at the AA Center and Cowboys Stadium - Free drinks - There is not a lot of micro-managing - The Recruiters were great to work with!
Cons
- Minimal growth opportunities - It's like a high school up there / rumors flying everywhere, people talking trash about people, interoffice relations (some sr leaders, too) - Work the employees to death / Everyone is spread too thin - All depts needs more employees - Some of the mgmt in HR were incredibly stupid and hard to work with or even talk to - Sr leaders are somewhat incompetent and annoying - Some senior leaders like to play favorites - Mgmt tends to hire the wrong people more often than not - Some of the senior leaders are "just there" / Not really engaged for the amount of money they are probably making
