No work life balance

Pros

1. Flexible in and out timings 2. Work from home facility. 3. Fun and work culture. 4. Good place for a fresher up to 2 years only.

Cons

1. No work life balance. 2. Management treats their employees as slaves just like "we will through money on face, just work for us like a donkey". 3. Full of partialities. If you maintain good rappo with your manager, you don't need to work at all. Just come to office and play. 4. Bonus plans and hike policies are like fixed to a person, not based on individual performance or any other factors. 5. If you stay here for more than 2 years, you can't go out. Because your mind can not work for another job outside.

I am sorry you feel this way. As you know Dynata has put a lot of focus and energy into trying to create a culture to inspire people to learn and grow while building their careers with the company. We frequently survey our employees to get a pulse on the organization and have implemented many programs as a result of hearing from our teams across the globe.
