When you start they say there will be regular progress reports to see how you are doing and not one was given to me, even after repeated requests for reports. Then out of nowhere I was told I was being let go after not giving me a reason or any negative feedback as to how I was failing in my position. Also, after being hired, I learned they used Randstad as a staffing agency and they are completely incompetent but that is a whole different story...

No growth and poor direction in one department. I worked there quite a while and did not receive one pay raise, while someone who kissed you know what, got a raise for the same amount of work as me...
