-a leadership team that has your back through thick and thin -a culture that celebrates both your littlest and biggest achievements -an environment that is so passionate and dedicated, you can't help but feel inspired to put in 200% all the time
Cons
-difficult to meet some virtual or out of state team members in person. it would be cool to have a once a year meet up or team-bonding event to collaborate and create rapport.
