      Collaboration, flexibility, benefits, structure, genuine career path growth. Probably the most important thing is the people (for me). We have such a range of people here with some brilliant experience in all areas.

      Cons

      It can be crazy fast paced but then it's a role in fast growing a tech company so it's to be expected. As long as you're honest with the management team then they are here to help.
