Focus has shifted from being the best APM company that cares and nurtures their talents to "The best APM company that only focuses on profit". There are a lot of talents across different regions that have been thinking that they're just a number with salary on their head, if the company thinks that they're not profitable there's a huge chance that the company will cut them due to the headcount.
We have lost our culture for the past 2 years due to the focus on the profit. It's a shame that these pool of talents are not appreciated, thus a lot of them chose to move on.
Some of the teams are alienated and the KPI set for them doesn't match the company's goal.
