Pros

- Great people who genuinely care - Solid benefits, 401k match, and ESPP options - Low stress, not too difficult - Opportunity to get familiar with new technologies - The semi-annual pay raises result in a higher salary than what you’d normally expect going into a customer support role (double-edged sword / golden handcuffs scenario)

Cons

- The duties can be monotonous, don’t extend far, and change frequently - Management is very inexperienced - Few standards when it comes to those duties with everyone doing things differently, however, that is aimed to change - If you’re looking at this as a stepping stone into a more complex, engineering role — you’ll be disappointed to find out 95% of those are in Europe
