Better than my last job for 15 years!

Pros

Its a great place to work super easy to get down. Leads, and Supervisors are great people! Their GREAT at making accommodations for when your health is not up to 100%. Been there 6 months now, already been given warehouse associate of the month. If you work hard they will appreciate you! leads and management do their best to solve employee situations. It really builds work ethic and teamwork!

Cons

To much talking between employees, which backs up the "whole team" for the day. I feel I usually help out 3-4 departments daily because some cant pull their weight. So if your the "to go to guy"than they will use that!

It's the Spirit!

Pros

As I write this review in Spring 2022, my team of 7 direct reports has 144 years of combined service to the E.A. Sween Company. That’s an average of 20 years per employee! The secret is the Spirit of E.A. Sween. Every decision the company makes is guided by their spirit principals, which are heavily people focused. It’s inspiring to be part of a tradition that was founded in 1955 and is still family-owned over 65 years later.

Cons

None. Straight talk is one of EAS' values. If we have concerns, we are encouraged to share and offer ideas for improvement. What more could you ask for?
