Good company which is growing quickly - maybe too quickly

Pros

Great employer overall. Good benefits, okay salary, better management than most other companies in this industry. Deli Express is growing very quickly, which means good job security. Business is booming.

Cons

Certain positions within Deli Express are expected to work most Saturdays in the summer, meaning 50+ hour work weeks. There are some growing pains with how fast the business is expanding.

Pros

Independence no one looks over your shoulder. Your day is done when all deliveries are done, could be as early as one or two in the afternoon .

Cons

Never see supervisor, long hours. You could work twelve hours or more a day. When it is busy, never have enough hours in day to get things done.
