Simple work, but fast on some jobs. A lot of job rotation. Like put meat on sandwiches for half an hour, then bread, then cheese. Workers do advance into operators, then supervisors.

Cons

A lot of the jobs are very fast.

Small company allowing for cross training and learning on the job. Hands on experience in a manufacturing plant. Friendly and personable management and employees. Good benefits

Cons

Chaotic - too many top priority projects with not enough time. Philosophy seems to be "do it all but not well". The culture can be welcoming but also juvenile and very cliquey.
