Pros
flexible working hours good salary if you are someone who doesn't like to work but build rapport with the management and play politics, this company is for you.
Cons
poor work life balance. they treat you as machines before deadlines and expect you to be available round the clock. poor recognition to work. no vision for the management. too many false promises are made by management.
