      Pros

      Management really cares about employees. This shows in every interaction I had with them. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement if you're willing to put in the work. Hired lots of top talent, not just whoever could fill a spot. This meant teams were really teams and not just one person carrying the group. Excellent opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      If I had to identify one it would be that some benefits could use improvement, but who doesn't want "better" benefits, and they are still very competitive for a small company.

      Pros

      I've been working with E-INFOSOL for over six months now and have seen the company's growth just within this time. I'm proud to work at E-INFOSOL because of their commitment to their customers and to their employees. From the back office staff, to those working directly on a project, everyone is committed to supporting each other. This is a small company that is open to new ideas and adapting to new technologies. I enjoy working for E-INFOSOL because I'm always learning.

      Cons

      Any company in a state of expansion will have its wins, and its areas to improve, but I haven't experienced anything I could identify as a "con".
