      Pros

      I've been working at E-INFOSOL for 1.5 years and I've witness the dedication, commitment and hard work that the team and the back office puts in order to support the customer's mission. CEO and management is invested in the employee's successfulness and wellbeing. There's a lot of opportunity to grow. I can see myself working at E-INFOSOL for many years (hopefully!).

      Cons

      In general, I've had a pleasant experience working at E-INFOSOL but if I must mention a con it would be that there are a lot of changes in the processes (but I'm aware it's mostly because the company is growing).

      The company instills pride on sound ethical principles and high standards of client service and employee relations. Our CEO believes in each and every employee and that each job and work assignment is critical to our future success. It is our employees who enhance our excellent reputation and we continue to obtain high quality staff who know that by working together we can make our clients missions even better. Training is a big part of our benefit package so if you like to learn, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      I have not really experienced a downside, however I guess I could say that sometimes priorities change a little fast.
