      Pros

      Great place to learn and grow. Our leadership is passionate about the business and ensuring the company is here for another 120+ years. The CEO and the leadership team are taking the right steps to move this company to the next level and beyond. Like other companies, we have had our challenges over the past 2 years, but we are persevering and succeeding! We have a great team and I truly enjoy working with them every day!

      High pay to entice you to work for the company (you will quickly learn why)

      Cons

      Too many to list all. Posting this to hopefully avoid others making the same mistake I made Horrible SR leadership from the CEO down. Unprofessional comments made to employees. Have to worry every day about financial stability of the company. Frequent fights on the shop floor. Employees scream at HR with no repercussions.

      Pros

      E.R. Wagner are lenient on time schedule and gives their employees a good amount of break. In addition, they care about their employees when it comes to injuries which they have a nurse in case anything happens.

      Cons

      For my position which I sort tools and put them in the box again, I find it a bit boring because I constantly do the same thing every day. At the same times I doze off but this the only cons I would have to say about.
