Great people in the trenches. Exciting work to do, work feels impactful.

Cons

Upper management heavy, overlaping roles and decisions lead to confusion, and rework. Recent aquisitions have led to compartmentalization, unclear values, constant rebranding and goal changes. E Source is 15 companies in a trenchcoat, with no clear form of communication across devisions. There were promises of pay adjustments to match market value, but this went quiet and was never brought up again.

Pros

Interesting work, but constant changes in direction minimize the impact the company is actually making.

Cons

Culture has declined despite culture improvements being a hot topic from the current and former CEO for years. This was a great place to work at one point, but trust has been eroded and many people want out.

Pros

All the people here are fantastic to work along side with -- smart and passionate. This is an excellent place to get started in a career field.

Cons

Constant changes in strategic initiatives from the leadership, including a constant stream of acquisitions that disrupt strategy, average-at-best pay and benefits, limited and unclear opportunities to grow and earn raises/promotions. Not a very diverse company.
