Pros

Company is growing fast, lots of promotion from within, raises/bonuses even during a pandemic. An amazing staff of smart and motivated people - it feels so good to be surrounded by such passionate individuals. Benefit package is really good. My manager trusts me to get my job done without working a specific 8 hours a day.

Cons

The work is hard - but rewarding. The company is small enough that you can see the impact of your work.

Very little, but some employees are good people

Cons

Extremely stressful environment with very little support from management, management is truly unfamiliar with the effort it takes to get the job done right nor do they care what effort you've put into a project, benefits are lacking or non-existent, no room for advancement, management is dominated by white men, they gobble up smaller companies and fire their staff during pandemics, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. This company has no moral compass. Look elsewhere.

Flex Fridays, solid to better-than-average benefits, working with smart people, strong drive to promote from within, strong emphasis on work completion, meeting deadlines, and satisfying customers rather than fulfilling 40hrs/wk (not a "butts in seats" organization).

Strong preference to promote from within yields Peter-principle placements in mid- to senior-level management
