      Pros

      The people at E Source are like a family! They really care about each other and the work that they do for clients. And the clients are super easy to work with and very friendly and appreciative.

      Cons

      The work can be a bit repetitive for some roles and the organization changes a lot (in terms of roles, managers, etc.), although that is not always a bad thing as they are always looking to improve.
