Cons
1) Conservative to promote new products and services in-line with competitors, E*TRADE was always a step behind in terms of product offerings 2) Pay is behind that of brokerage peers 3) The MS acquisition is by far the biggest con, as MS has poor benefits that is way below industry bench.
