Mgmt is not great Lots of waste Too many meetings

They dropped my pay to $20/hr due to me not passing my series 7 test and I only missed it by a couple of points. I found out other male counter parts that did not pass the SIE test was not dropped down as low as I was. It was frustrating out performing this man on the floor as CSR and him always coming to me for help. They should pay you for your experience and not take $6 out of your pay but willing to pay a man $24 who underperforms so there is pay discrepancies. Negotiate your pay if you do not pass the test will always be my advice to anyone. I also did not like that they have you come into the office 3 days a week even if you work on the night team. It should be a privilege to work full-time remotely if you are working overnight and hours most do not want to work. Even when we had team meetings for in office days, it was still via teams so there is no different interactions with your coworkers than remote days. It is a waste of your time commuting to the office, sitting in Atlanta traffic for over a hour to get there and it takes hours to get home. Many of my coworkers got in accidents leaving work due to long commutes and staying up all night. I left due to safety concerns, I had to prioritize my well being.
