Pros

They hire talented and qualified staff. They like to focus on trends. They are design focused. They have offices in California, China and New York.

Cons

This company is completely unorganized in some of their divisions with senior staff that don't seem to know what they are doing. They hire talented people, but give them no authority to make changes that will benefit the company. We have seen people put in senior positions with no experience resulting in losses in staff and sales.

In terms of compensation, you get what you accept at signing. Small company setting, company implements different policies frequently
