Great stock program, good benefits, and a welcoming environment. Ideal for those with a stable, established career.
Cons
The workplace is highly cliquish, with little to no enforcement of accountability from management and a strong culture of blame. While fostering relationships is encouraged, gossip is widespread, and there's little focus on issue resolution and training. Work-life balance varies by management. Decision-making is inconsistent or lacking altogether.
