Pros

The pay is good and the work is easy. Most of my coworkers are fun to work with. There are plenty of opportunities for self improvement. Usually, hours are consistent.

Cons

Strong signs of favoritism, too much overtime due to unrealistic deadlines. Being the only non-union company on an otherwise all-union jobsite can cause stress. Upper management doesn't always listen to employee input.

There is alot of favortism. There is not communication about current and ongoing stuff within the department/company. Ownership and Supervisors are never around or availablewich is avantage of.
