The organizational structure and back office tools are oddly ineffective at facilitating communication with colleagues. It's a bit of a wild ride here, as the leader of the team tends to navigate unpredictably through challenges. Although kind and well-meaning, they can be somewhat erratic. The middle and senior management team is excellent—highly skilled and a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. However, the pressure to make sales is compounded by the fact that your biggest competition in the region is also your employer. It's challenging because the expectation to sell and access the necessary resources to meet operational commitments contradicts the reality of dealing with "house accounts" that can complicate the sales process. It's not the ideal situation for a sales role.
