I experienced significant challenges related to workplace discrimination at the Houston location. Following Enrique’s departure, the team predominantly consisted of individuals from one demographic group, which appeared to impact inclusivity efforts. Additionally, Don Carter’s interaction style did not foster a collaborative or supportive environment, leading to a decline in overall team engagement and morale at the Houston site.
