Pros

Overtime, paid training, entry level opportunities.

Cons

They do not honor 2 week notices, pay raises are rare, and the culture is toxic. They would rather send their competition cease and desist letters than to give pay raises. Every recruiter that I talked to in Ohio and Indiana is scared to hire E2 employees for this reason.

Pros

Career acceleration: Quick upward mobility in title and responsibilities, plus broader networks.

Cons

I would say, when it comes to overtime, I personally prefer to work and get more hours. Other than that everything, the work environment, supervisors, and my coworkers are nice and helpful, and finally I would love to suggest to fix and repair the rest room. Thanks you.

You will be under paid for your work and there is no sense of connection to higher ups.
