Pros

They have a great atmosphere here. Everybody has the same goal in mind. Field staff and office staff are treated with respect. I feel I can speak up about anything that I see. Their open door policy extends all the way up to executive management. The owners truly have a vested interest in the happiness of the employees. I can't see myself working anywhere else.

I have worked for E2 Optics for over 5 years . I enjoy working for a woman owned company with such strong core values. I relate to the dream big, work hard , stay humble culture.

In terms of benefits Healthcare, PTO, and 401K are fair and in line with most companies
