Great, and friendly working crew.

Cons

Awful hours, seemingly apathetic management. Work schedule was daily rather than weekly, and didn't get emailed to you until sundown the day before you were scheduled to work, leaving no time for personal life. It seemed far to often that during the week we would be asked to do overtime, and then put on DNR (Do not report) making it so we would have a regular 40 rather than be paid the overtime we worked.

Pros

The pay is good and the work is easy. Most of my coworkers are fun to work with. There are plenty of opportunities for self improvement. Usually, hours are consistent.

Cons

Strong signs of favoritism, too much overtime due to unrealistic deadlines. Being the only non-union company on an otherwise all-union jobsite can cause stress. Upper management doesn't always listen to employee input.
