Good company with Bad Managers

Pros

It’s a hybrid job U can take leaves unlimited without salary deduction They conduct HR activities on Thursday HR’s are very friendly

Cons

Mangers are sweet snakes(If they targeted anyone definitely they will shoe until u quit) There’s no food and cab Work Pressure They hire some of the work colleagues to know the information about employees so that they can target easily False Information about promotion Lots of office politics You have to work only Excel every day😴🥱
