Where to begin. Management is horrible especially in the Davenport Iowa office. E2open doesn’t know what is going on with companies/locations they’ve acquired. There’s obvious favoritism, especially when you see employees that clearly don’t do their job stick around. If you’re not a complete brown noser, management won’t care for you. You must worship the ground they walk on. Senior manager never even reaches out to employees to check in/see how they’re doing. The worst part - the pay. I was underpaid by 20k which I discovered after finding a new job. This disgusts me. E2open should pay their Midwest employees more. The insurance is laughable. If you’re not going to compensate your employees fairly, at least offer suitable insurance. TLDR: company, management, compensation, and insurance are all awful. Stay away from this company. In 2022 you can find so much better.

- Extremely flexible in my office, things like doctors appointments are a non-issue as long as you make up the hours. - Unlimited PTO and sick days. Our CEO encourages us to take personal days, and managers will tell you to take days if you haven't in a while. Sick days are included in this, and E2open is very understanding when it comes to life events. - Great management team. My managers have great communication with the team and are ALWAYS willing to help or guide no matter how busy they are. - Executive team holds monthly state of affairs meetings, meeting with the company, letting us know what is developing, and answering our questions. Seems like CEO really cares, even encouraging employees to reach out to him personally if they are unhappy with advancement. Extremely responsive team. Whether it be IT, HR, Engineering, etc., I always receive a response same day, usually within an hour. Teamwork is encouraged and utilized often.

- No formal training, but I was given all the support I needed by managers and coworkers.
