1. Top heavy - a million AVP SVP VP and EVP. Everybody is a VP but company is not growing 2. Full of delegators and management, few actual executors 3. Low pay with hikes after 2 years in the range of 0.5% 4. Company is not growing and stagnant. Perhaps maybe some bigger fish gonna swallow e2open 5. Toxic work culture in management especially in Professional services 6. Lack of any transparency and vision, mission and goals change every month 7. Too much of flux and fluidity

Too many integration required since products are not home grown and requires too much plumbing
