Pros

Not a single good thing about this company.

Cons

Lying, unethical, unprofessional, incompetent "management". They lie to customers, to staff, and to each other constantly. Below-market pay, horrible benefits, no work-life balance, no growth opportunities. You will work around the clock 7 days a week and get openly screamed at in front of others for your efforts. The very definition of a culture of fear.

Thank you for the feedback. Since you are a current employee, I invite you to see me to discuss your comments. You've used strong words and I'd like to know what backs up your statements. I sit close to the Legal team in Austin and have only observed a hard working, tightly knit and committed team, so am surprised by these comments and especially interested in what you have to say

Bait and switch management theory

Pros

A big company which acquires anything.

Cons

Unfortunately from CEO thru SVP's there is a bait and switch mentality. As you sow so shall you reap. The theme here seems to be say and do whatever to make the ends justify the means. Trust and truth do not seem to be values the CEO or the executives overseeing the business units care to adhere to.

Pros

The only pro was the false promises that were made prior to hiring.

Cons

Trying desperately to get acquired, but poor product, customer satisfaction issues, mass churn or leadership and customers continuing. No strategy. The only commission made is from renewals, which is scant. No investment in the solutions. Corporate culture is a not what is evangelized, As the mass exodus continues, they are hiring the type of people you would never want to work or, or with. Old school, hard-ass, vile individuals, who desire no relationship. And you don't want these people anywhere near new or existing customers. The accounts I were given initially all were heavy churn clients, meaning we were losing them withing 6 months, no renewal, no pipeline growth. If you leave, dont expect a penny of the commission you earned, e2 keeps it. In addition, there are only 3 solutions that you have a shot at selling, at least a 1 year sales cycle, and then get ready to give a hefty discount. KEY: E2 has ZERO AI / ML / GEN AI. This will cause them to lose the vast majority of clients in the next 5 years. I needed to get this out to the masses, to level set the misinformation e2 provides. DO NOT look at getting hired at e2. Choose an honest organization, with good people, and products that have strong investment, and is not dying. This is a factual account of what is happening at e2. My goal here is to provide a reality check for those looking at e2. My advise is to shelve e2, and look into the myriad of other companies that are the opposite of e2. Best of luck in your future endeavors.
