Pros

Good relaxed enviroment, where one can do their work without the micromanagement

Cons

Hard to advance to other levels in the company. Annual reviews and salary increases are lacking. Time entry system is not the greatest.

Good team and managers. Work is not extremely difficult

Cons

Do not expect raises or promotions within this company. No merit increase since joining 3 years ago, and bonuses have been cut in half the past 2 years. No real path for growth within the company.
