      Performative team management, middle managers more than willing to throw you under the bus to show their higher ups "impact". Internal career growth incredibly slow. General attitude of apathy from upper management

      Pros

      Good mission and people. There are numerous opportunities for learning and growth, with supportive managers and junior engineers being given the chance to work on engaging projects. The team dynamics are solid, and the generous PTO policy is a plus.

      Cons

      The pay is well below what you’d expect for a software engineer, even without comparing it to top-paying tech companies. EAB’s compensation falls far short of the industry average. The workload and expectations are disproportionately high for such low compensation, and it seems like annual salary increases barely keep pace with inflation.
