Pros

Good PTO, fun coworkers. Healthy-life hours.

Cons

Extremely toxic. They make you try and fit in a box. Goals are based upon random calculations and everyone on the same product has the same goals, despite being in different regions. Even if you max out your comp plan, managers are still on you about doing more even though your monetary incentive is capped. They hire fresh out of college students and make it sound like a great job. In reality, you are calling/emailing contacts from a university every single day annoying them to schedule time with your sales rep. Often the sales reps have different expectations than your manager so it causes collision between what you should actually do. Also -- for performance reviews, if you do one small thing wrong they will mention it and dock you in every way possible.
