Talented Staff that loves there work, but unfortunately most of these people are overlooked

Cons

***Lack of diversity (POC) in managers, leads or any place of authority. It's little to no work life balance Low paying salaries For some reason most client facing roles get offered to pretty women (No Joke) The pay schedule is the last day of the month and the 15th of every month, combine this with a low paying salary and you will be broke!

My team is incredible, work life balance is incredible, employee resource groups are incredible, I honestly feel so lucky to be apart of EAB.

Cons

The only downside (which is more of a word of caution rather than a downside) is that EAB is a very meeting centric company - be prepared for many a Zoom call!
