Friendly People. Work life Balance.

Cons

Contradicting direction from management. Strategic Core commanding remotely from DC, making chess moves without understanding the intricacies on the ground. Push for centralization. Adopt practices from DC regardless of if is appropriate to do so. Require overwhelming evidence to overrule. Some very low technical skill employees mixed in.

Pros

Work life balance is great. Culture is casual, young and progressive. Management genuinely values input and feedback. Quite possibly one of the best teams I've ever worked with, and everyone in the company is eager to help. Plenty of opportunities to explore other roles and move around in the company but you have to be proactive and advocate for yourself.

Cons

Pay is below market average. Okay for those fresh out of college and kicking off their career (which seems to be a good number of employees)... Not so much for someone who has a number of working years under their belt.

Flexible with your daily schedule. 25 days PTO. Great people. Welcome new ideas. Take your dog to work day is wonderful. Relatively quick promotions

Cons

Pay is below the market average for most positions. This may be made up for with the extra PTO they give you and flexible hours but the base pay will be lower than other larger companies.
