      Pros

      Growing company that allows employees voices to be heard. You feel good about the job and what you accomplish each day. Great community of fellow employees and clients. Good work/life balance

      Cons

      The company grew faster than the technology utilized would allow. There is a lot of work done due to system limitations vs. the most efficient way to accomplish tasks. They are working to correct this. Since they hire young employees, the pay grade is lower than the average for the Richmond area. While there is much growth within the company, employees do not tend to get raises.
