Business Outlook
Pros
Strong research/education teams. Passionate/knowledgeable coworkers. Strong internally supporting teams in HR such as L&D, BP's, and Culture & Inclusion. Lots of travel for those who want partner facing opportunities.
Cons
Internal career growth is SLOW - as in it might hold back your career trajectory long term. Management is not interested in paying at appropriate salaries (which many EE's complain about) - which I've been told directly by other senior leaders. Engagement data is rarely, if at all shown or discussed. Burnout is definitely high and seems to happen quickly as we watch new/old teammates come and go.
